At Astroaradhanam, we strive to deliver authentic spiritual experiences and quality products with complete devotion and care. Due to the nature of our offerings, we do not accept any returns. However, we do offer refunds under specific conditions, as outlined below.


No Return Policy

  • Once an order is placed for puja services, samagri kits, prasad, or any spiritual products, returns are not allowed.

  • Please double-check all details before placing your order, including the puja date, shipping address, and contact information.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be provided only in the following situations:

  1. Service Not Rendered:
    If the scheduled puja or spiritual service was not performed due to unforeseen internal issues or booking failure on our end.

  2. Failed or Undelivered Shipment:
    If your physical product (like prasad or samagri) was not delivered due to courier failure, and the delivery was not possible even after attempts from our side.

  3. Duplicate Payment:
    In case of accidental duplicate transactions, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.


Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact us within 3 days of the scheduled puja date or expected delivery date.

  • Provide your order ID, registered email/phone number, and a brief explanation of the issue.

  • Once verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original mode of payment.


Important Notes

  • Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction based on belief outcomes or spiritual results, as these are beyond our control.

  • No refunds will be issued for customer-side errors like incorrect address or absence at delivery time.
